She received her BA in sociology from Aleppo University and her diploma in educational rehabilitation from Al-Baath university. She published many studies and essays in various Syrian and Arab media outlets.

He conducted a number of press investigations, directed documentaries and carried out field research published in various Arab media outlets.

A Syrian writer and journalist, who conducted a number of press investigations, directed documentaries and carried out field research published in various Arab media outlets. He directed a number of documentaries including “Tales from the Capital’s East”. He wrote two books about Syria, the first is “Syria, the Experience of the Liberated Cities”, Alrayyes Publishing House, Beirut, 2015. The second was coauthored with the Lebanese writer Mohamed Abi Samra under the title of “The tragedies of Aleppo, the Betrayed Revolution, the Letters of the Besieged”, published by Al-Mutawasset publishing House, Beirut, 2016. He currently lives in Paris.

Sami Abdul-Karim

He is member of the Local Coordination Committees in Syria 

Sami Abdul Kareem is a Syrian activist. He was one of the first people who participated in civil movement and organizing demonstrations and documenting the names of the detained. He is member of the Local Coordination Committees in Syria. He was a university student at the Political Science College in Damascus before he was fired in 2012 after he was arrested in the branch 215 after organizing a peaceful set-in in front of the Iranian embassy in Damascus. He worked in Deir Ezzur in the field of education and developing civil society and documenting violations. He left Syria after Daesh took control of Deri Ezzur in 2014.
He currently lives in Istanbul.
